We are proud to offer our H07Z1-K (AS) Cu/Sn solar cable, which is specially designed for ground connections in outdoor installations, including photovoltaic power systems, solar panels, and other renewable energy applications. This halogen-free cable is a reliable and durable choice, thanks to its tinned copper conductor and special outer sheath compounds, which provide excellent resistance to corrosion and ultraviolet (UV) degradation, preventing galvanic pair formation when connecting metals of different normal potential.
The H07Z1-K (AS) Cu/Sn cable comes with the highest CPR classification (B2ca-s1a,d1,a1), which means it meets the strictest standards for construction products and ensures excellent performance in terms of electrical, thermal, fire, and mechanical aspects. It complies with the EN 50525-3-31/UNE 211002 standard and has been approved by AENOR, HAR, CE, RoHS, and BUREAU VERITAS.
In terms of electrical performance, this low voltage (450/750V) cable can handle a maximum conductor temperature of 70ºC, and a maximum short-circuit temperature of 160ºC (max. 5 s). Its minimum service temperature is -40ºC (fixed and protected installations), making it suitable for a wide range of outdoor applications.
The H07Z1-K (AS) Cu/Sn cable is also designed with excellent fire performance, with flame non-propagation according to EN 60332-1 and IEC 60332-1, fire non-propagation according to EN 60332-3-24 and IEC 60332-3-24 and EN 50399, and LSHF (Low Smoke Halogen Free) according to EN 60754-1 and IEC 60754-1. Its low smoke emission according to EN 61034 and IEC 61034, with light transmittance > 80%, and low corrosive gases emission according to EN 60754-2 and IEC 60754-2. The reaction to fire CPR is B2ca-s1a,d1,a1, according to EN 50575.
The H07Z1-K (AS) Cu/Sn cable is also designed with excellent mechanical performance, with a minimum bending radius of x5 cable diameter, and with excellent resistance to chemicals, oil, and water. Its water resistance is AD3 Sprays, making it suitable for use in damp and wet environments.
The cable is available in yellow/green (RAL 6018/1021) as the standard identification of insulated conductors. Other colors are available upon request.
